Enforcing discipline in the examination room

I was wondering how do other play docs enforce discipline in the exam room with regards to both conducting invasive exams (like swabs or a prostate exam) and with particularly fussy patients. I’ve seen many resort to spanking but for me, that’s more related to BDSM rather than medfet. Are there other interventions that play docs use in exams such as restraints? I’ve also noticed older men (35+) tend to act up/question way more. In these cases, spanking doesn’t seem like a good option during an exam so interested to know what others think/how they have enforced or received discipline.

I’m a patient and not a doc…

I usually do as told, but I have had a couple of play exams where I was restrained with ankle and wrist ties from the moment I was stark naked, usually laying on my back and spread and, once released to be turned over and bent over a bench and tied again for a rectal exam.

My MEDFET exams always involve a bit of BDSM with genital torture and electrostimulation. I'm a submissive patient.

Not a top/doc, but as a submissive patient, I really enjoy being restrained during exams even though I do not usually resist in any significant way. For me, I enjoy the fantasy of being treated as a test subject or as a patient who has to be subjected to procedures or exams for their own good, whether they like it or not, with a focus on thorough and invasive procedures. Being restrained reinforces this feeling of being at the mercy of whatever the doctor feels it is necessary to subject me to.

A less direct approach. Its not gonna hurt. Be a good boy/girl.

I like telling her that I will mark you as difficult if you don't listen. If it continues I will spank her after the exam is over. Other than that physical tests such as jogging in place or the duck walk are a good way to humiliate her.

By being very firm, slightly distant and very professionally authentic. Always start with along and increasingly personal medical questionaire so tgat the examiner knows that it is a serious and possibly humiliating examination to which they must submit. I tell them what to do and they obey even for the most intimate and embarrassing procedures.

Haven’t had anyone not respond to this technique; after all they are there willingly for total submission and humiliation.

I feel the detachment gives the doctor figure even more authority. I find that insanely hot, to be quite honest. He doesn’t need any more strictness once that’s been established.
