I week daily enema trial

As above I've decided to do an enema a day. Currently on day 2. This is in response to the bloated look of my abdomen, & the pain I was feeling in said area. I have been eating a lot more salad for the last couple months to see if a dietary change would ease the distension of my abdomen. Which it has not, & I stopped taking body building supplements about a week ago.

Day 1 I did a 2x2 litre Garlic & sea salt enema (1tsp per 2 litres) without a rinse. Surprised at how much yuck came out. I knew there was more to come out though.

Day 2 Was 2 litres with 5 ml per litre of Dr Bronner's Peppermint & Hemp Castille soap. Glad I only put that amount of Dr Bronner's as the peristalsis was quite strong. Again I was surprised at how much yuck came out after day 1. Abdomen looks less bloated today. Liked the tingly feeling Of the Peppermint.

Day 3 Had a natural Bm am today which was not expected. Also had a slight ache in the abdomen but put his down to having the bm due, as afterwards there was no ache. This pm will have another 2 litre enema with castille soap & sea salt.. Forgot the sea salt on day 2 but no issues for all that. Bloatedness decreased again. Discolouration of abdomen clearing up. Not sure why Zity was down yesterday.

Day 4 Decided I didn't need to continue as my bloated belly has gone down nicely. Twice weekly 2x2 quarts should be enough from now.

The only time I got an enema a day was when I was off school sick and the doctor advised my Mom to give me a daily soapsuds enema to keep my bowels opened up during the illness. When I was 12 I was off school sick with the measles for a full week and got a total of 8 soapsuds enemas, 2 given one after the other on the first day using white liquid medicinal soap that the doctor gave to my mother. Those were very strong, the second one making me feel like I was going to pass out. For the remaining 6 she used her usual Ivory bar soap which was bad enough but didn't make me feel like passing out.
