When Patients Say Ahhhh!

Something I've always found so arousing is when the patient is asked to "open wide and say ahh." There's something erotic about placing the tongue depressor in a hot mouth and hearing that sweet voice. I like to note where they eyes go, and especially find it hot if they're looking at the doctor while their throats are examined. It's a submissive act on behalf of the patient, I think, and it's always done something for me.

Anyone else enjoy this?

That's my main fetish. except i also want to be tied up with a mouth spreader so i can't avoid the tongue depressor and swab that is shoved down my throat.

I love being told to say ahhhhh mid gagging on the tongue depressor and swabs.

I'm always embarrassed when asked to say ahhhhh. I feel like an idiot.

When I had my first genital exam with female pediatrician, before the genital exam she told me to open wide and say ahh. I opened my mouth and kind of laughed and she kind of laughed too because I think we both regognized the erotic implications.

I have found saying ahhh and the tongue depressor mildly arousing, along with the ear and nose exam. My doctor would always pull down on the earlobe and stick the scope in the ear canal, and when he would talk or breathe, I could feel the breath on the side of my face. He would then guide my head back to stick that thing up my nostrils. After saying ahhh he would feel around my neck. Perhaps part of it was being touched in odd ways with the doctor a few inches from my face.

When I watch physical exam videos, I like it when the ear, nose, and throat exams are included.

I do have a vivid memory of sitting on the exam table in my underpants, and before I got dressed I needed a "booster." The odd thing was, it was oral - so maybe a polio booster? The doctor had me follow one hand with my eyes while saying ahhh and with the other he squirted or squeezed some liquid-type vaccine into the back of my throat. I assume this was done so I could not spit it out. Anyone remember anything like that?

I was born in 1982 and remember this as well. I know it was at the same time that I got a couple of other boosters, right before beginning Kindergarten.

It's such a submissive and vulnerable act, they're completely presenting themselves. Eye contact makes it even better.

This is another one of those things that I remember and enjoy from when I was younger, but are different now. Doctors still look in my mouth and throat, but I don't recall the last time I was told to say ahhh. That was always a part of it as a kid/teen. Also having to make certain sounds during some of the stethoscope parts - for example, I remember being told to repeat "ninety-nine, ninety-nine" and other words/phrases as the steth was placed on me.

@JakeNewYork , I am wondering why the certain type of phrases/words? I continue to have the "open your mouth and say Ahhhh", phrases to this day. I never thought of it as a turn on or hype. I always got excited about the exercises/duckwalk scene knowing I was going to "lose my underwear" after.

It's a test for listening to the lungs. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whispered_pectoriloquy

I've always liked that part of the exam.

So something I’ve always liked about this… the tongue depressor has a unique taste. Like the only time I’ve ever tasted that taste is in the doctors office.

So when I’m trying to recreate the experience I enjoy grabbing a popsicle stick and popping it in my mouth. If I do it while sitting on some crinkly paper it really gets the mind going.

My one main kink. I especially like when the patient sticks her tongue out all the way while saying ahhh as long as possible, with the tongue depressor.

This is something else I have distinct feelings of as a kid. I would be stripped down my underpants sitting om the edge of the bed, when the doctor would lean in and ask me to open my mouth wide, wiggle my tongue about, and then press down on it with the tongue depressor and say ahhhhh.

When I have a patient bent over my exam table for a rectal/prostate exam, I've often thought it would be humiliating for them if I would say "open wide and say AHHH" right before I plunge my finger deep into his rectum. 😈
