We've all heard about enemas inducing orgasms. I can personally attest that they do it for me frequently, and not uncommonly do it hands-off. With the understanding that everyone is different and all that, I wonder how common hands-off orgasms are. How many of us have had an enema bring us to orgasm without genital manipulation?

Over the years I think I have had an enema induced HFO once or twice. I wish more, but cannot seem to get over the edge. Now, I often combine my enemas with estim. Over the course of 10 to 45 minutes I can assure an HFO that way!

Happens quite often to me, without even touching myself

After I got married, my wife and I used enemas on a regular basis during foreplay. We especially liked using a long-curved douche nozzle whenever we gave each other enemas.
