Tell me about your first ever play exam!

Feel free to drop some advice as well. I am relatively new to the medfet scene and would love to hear from the people with some experience.

Mine was as a patient. The “doctor” was the office manager at a medical practice and the exam was in an actual exam room after hours. I was a bit concerned about getting caught but the dr was confident we would not get interrupted. He showed me to the exam room and instructed me to undress to my underwear. He came back a few minutes later and went over my health history and then the exam started. He was very professional and clinical (I like a realistic experience) and even explained what he was checking for as he progressed. Next followed a very thorough genital exam, hernia check and finally a prostate exam. I had to provide a supervised sperm sample at the end, but other than that a very realistic exam.

I think we met on Craigslist back when they had a personals section.

That brings back a ton of memories! A friend of mine talked about Craigslist back in the mid 90's and I started to review the "men for men" section. There was a post about a "play doctor giving role-play exams" I was really interested in this since as a kid I was fascinated about the visit to the doctor.

I was the patient. We emailed back and forth which he asked several questions along with what I expected from the exam.

We set up the "appointment" at his hotel. He chose a suite-type property so when you entered the room it was like being in a office.

He then proceeded to do a skin exam details (I have a lot of moles). Next came a urine sample which he took me into the bathroom and observed me giving the sample. Placed it on the sink and then " Go back into the exam room and have a seat".

He then did the primaries: BP, eyes, ears, nose and throat and a temp taken. He then moved to the nymphonids and glands with his fingers. Stethoscope was used at various breath in and out, hold breath etc....

Asked to lie back and hands behind my head...pressed around for organ sounds...then was asked to stand up and do the various exercises and duck walk along with eye the chart on the wall... bend over and touch your toes for the spine exam.

"Ok Bobby, everything looks good above now I need to check below. Strip off your shorts and stand on the marked lines on the floor".

I did as I was told.

He then commenced the genitalia exam along with measurements and a meatus check of which I was leaking a lot.

I was asked to bend over the table and a DRE was preformed.

After this he said " State law in IL requires me to collect a seamen sample" He advised I could do this freehanded or have him conduct which I chose the later.

All in all this was the best exam I have ever had. He actually referred me to this site and he still is on here.

Mine was quite an experience. I hadn't gone with the intention of the exam, just a chat. However what happened after that was amazing to say the least. Unexpected and we learned together as the day went on.

I would advise if you have not already done so to ask for some references from other patients. Chat with them, find out about the playdoc before making a decision to meet. Make sure you have a safe word too.

The doctor was very experienced and much older than me at the time - retired, in his 60s. It was a pretty standard thorough play exam. Overall I had a good experience and learned a lot about what I liked about an in-person exam. I really liked the feeling of stripping down and being told what to do, and feeling the doctor’s hands all over my body, knowing that he was paying attention to every detail. I also learned that enemas are really not part of my fetish - nothing about it really put me off, but I also didn’t find that part as exciting or enjoyable as the rest of the exam. So I guess my other advice would be to be open to trying something new - if you’re with someone who is experienced, careful and understanding, the worst that can probably happen is that you learn what is /isn’t for you.
