Recipe to create that “pushing and open” feeling

What solution does everyone recommend to create that feeling where even though you are empty, you feel like you have to push involuntarily and your ass feels like it is opening up and dilating?

I get this feeling from a strong concentration of glycerine (> 50%). I’m wondering if there are any other options.

I would imagine that using an excess of Castile soap might also do the trick. The amount that constitutes “an excess of Castile soap” likely varies from person to person and will take a period of trial and error to determine.

Too much Doctor Bonners Castille soap did it. for me it's just that the cramping flop sweat & feeling like I was going to pass out bit I didn't like.

Don't even get me started on grammar. I'm that rigid Victorian lady with the cane who'll smack your hand (or someplace more interesting) if you continue to make the same mistakes after being corrected.

Meanwhile, back to the topic at hand. I suppose the recipes that stimulate peristalsis are the ones that you want, right? A strong solution of castile or glycerine soap, the classic milk and molasses.

I’m just curious as you reminded me to go buy another bottle of said liquid soap for my enemas.

1) How much of the Castile soap did you use to (I presume unintentionally) give you those side effects?

2) What exactly is “cramping flop sweat?”

I can’t imagine why the OP wants to produce the effect he described, something I try to avoid, but live and learn.

Personally some hot water big chunk of glycerine soap and 3 tbsp vagasil gets me cramping real hard and pushing with my spincter wide open

1) I used about 40ml of castille soap in a litre instead of just 10 ml. which proved too much for me.

2) Cramping flop sweat is or was. A painful cramping behind my bladder with added flop sweat. An entirely horrible experience I hope never to repeat. Thought I had done myself a mischief.

I remember as a child straining during my enemas and that feeling of my anus spamming. Straing wide open and then clenching closed.

Dr.B's peppermint soap does it for me, especially if my bowel is full, or haven't had an enema in awhile. Since I enjoy a complete cleanout, I use more soap to trigger my bowels. Once full, there is the rush of water, farts and popping of turds begins. Plopping especially, if it's been awhile since my last enema. Water release, farts, then more release. Once I think that I'm getting empty, more involuntary spasms, squints and noises, thus the opening and closing.

An enema with Bisacodyl will provoke the same reaction. Even better a soapy enema with Bisacodyl added.

Yes Bisacodyl 10mg suppository itself is enough to trigger this effect if You take it while laying on Your left side, with legs pulled up to the chest nicely. And then when its in rectum, performing "pumping" with Your bum muscles followed by warm tummy massage.. The effects are really intense.

. But.. If You want something more just follow the suppository as soon as You feel the effects with 2× 200ml syringe of waaarm water with table spoon of soap powder.. ( just a bar grated on a kitchen grater) and close all this with soap lubed butt plug.. its a pure sweet chaos .. When You lay there violated and bum twitching uncontrollably🙂🤭

Bisacodyl suppository on an already empty bowel creates a good sensation when something is sticked in afterwards.

Here's my two peneth....

A good old soap suppository should docthe trick (does for me at least). Preferably use a glycerine translucent soap, I use Pears soap, there's two varieties, either work just fine, but I find the blue version has an extra kick.

Insert said soap stick, retain as long as is possible. When you're unable to retain it, allow to expel, take a recovery break and re-insert the soap. Repeat 1st step (retain/expel) recover and repeat.

I find continued exposure to soap suppositories as described above produces the most delicious unstoppable urges to push with intense peristalsis - for added bonus, when said pushing is occurring try sliding the soap back up inside, it's blissful stinging agony, enjoy

The trick is getting a solution that creates that pushing, complete emptying feeling without getting it so strong that your colon totally locks down with cramps and won't let anything out.

Hm, did you make this experience? When my bowel is cramping up, it is in need to push everything out.

I think anything that is osmotic laxative may give you such effects, feeling like needing to expel despite being empty.

Osmotic laxatives works by drawing water from your body to colon, if taken by mouth, or rectum. Glycerine is one option, use about 0.5 to 1oz pure glycerine. Other option are any saline based laxatives like fleet enemas - use 2 or 3 of those. This will give you effects lasting for a while.
