To dispel common myth about e. coli (escherichia coli). There are many strains (genetic variants) of those bacteria, majority are common in human colon and rectum, completely harmless and beneficial to digestive health. There is a very small number of strains that cause mild to serious infection with symptoms like food poisoning. I am pretty sure that person who is infected is not going to partake in any sexual activities, because of suffering with food poisoning symptoms.
