Want to pee after or before rectal temperature taking

Once I talked to my classmater about how her feel while rectal temperature taking,did she feel pain.

She said she alaways want to pee while rectal taking,so she would go to toilet after rectal temperature taken.

Did some friends have same feeling.

Receiving a rectal thermometer has on occasion made me feel the urge to pee; my erection doesn’t allow for it to happen.

As a child, I often left a wet spot on the exam bed. A small uncontrolled dribble would come out as the thermometer reached its final depth- then it would fortunately stop.
