I have seen the erotic house, apartment and room rentals that are out there. I think that's awesome. But has anyone thought of having a medical room or exam clinic themed rental location? Does one already exist?

I have looked and found a few in larger cities, but unfortunately they have all closed... Have a few "peers" in the US that have their own clinic setup that they have been gracious enough to share with me. But I would love to see rentals become more of a thing and more widely available.

I have seen some while searching for adult only air b&bs and we found one that had a medical set up in one of the houses that was in st. Augustine Florida. I was searching adult only house rentals near Florida and stumbled onto that house.

A few years ago my beloved and I went and visited a very wheel chair friend that through 'evalution needs' his family made a wet room for him. My mind went wild and as we used the toilet and as we built our new house we incorperated all the wonderful 'toys'. regards, irrigator333.

Im from Spain where this kinks seems to be a huge niche, It would be amazing to have access to a rental of somewhere with medical equimpent, at least from the spanish pov having your own place is really complicated both financially and logisticly, so accessing such a place is like a dream. You can always have dungeons with gyno chairs and so, but of course it has nothing to do against a place thats fully medical themed

In the US, there would most likely be legal liabilities for the owner if certain types of equipment were included in the rental. My guess would be that anything with the potential for causing harm could be a real problem. Stethoscope? Sure. Blood pressure cuff? Fine. Forehead thermometer? Great. Hypodermics? Uh, no. Sounds? No way.

So you might be perfectly fine offering a wet room with a toilet, open shower, hooks at various levels from which who knows what might be hung in place of your baskets of artificial flowers, but not with a gynecological exam table. Would a massage table be okay? Probably. An exam table? Same. A surgical suite? Probably not.

It would be fun to explore the legal limits of what you can provide without risk, and to figure out how to market it--as well as what to lock away so you can rent it to plain vanilla clientele when it doesn't rent to fetish folks.

Like any rental property, despite careful screening you will have irresponsible, horrible tenants at times, and they'll do damage, steal, bother the neighbors, or get themselves arrested on your property.

Remember, you can get sued for anything. You might win, but it still costs money to defend yourself.

Amen. We were sued for several million dollars (over a serious car accident) fifteen years ago and our defense cost about $20K. The judge ruled in our favor, but attorneys don't work for free. Nor should they.
