Robinsons Readi plastic pants

The well-known plastic waterproof incontinence pants (basically big babies' rubbers) have been discontinued for a few years now, they were originally labelled 'Robinsons of Chesterfield', and then later 'Robinsons Readi'. I was reminded of them as I saw some today in a chemist / incontinence shop in County Durham. They had a few pairs but all were the smallest size 28 to 32 inch hips, which is really a child size from about age 7 to 11.

Tipsy, enjoyed your pictures of the plastic ‘rubber’ pants. Particularly the one with the Boots label. I used to go to England a lot-and like it a lot-and the label suddenly flooded my memory with several pleasurable memories. Obviously we’ve not got Boots over here. We do have Trump—want to trade? I’ve a friend who lives in Cornwall-bit of a ride from you I think!
