Total Body Skin Exam Vids

Lots of videos/articles out there about what to expect at a first skin exam, and also training vids/presentations for students about how to conduct a thorough TBSE; but are there any videos of an actual exam being conducted that includes all parts of the body? Ideally one that shows how the drape/gown, if used, is moved around to expose the patient's skin and how the patient is positioned throughout the exam. The "what to expect" videos I've seen kind of skirt around the fact that a thorough TBSE should be including the genitals and perineum, and none of them show how the examiner does look at those areas. Maybe it's because those areas being exposed causes the most anxiety for patients, but for me, I would like to know about that part and how it's conducted before I have that exam. If no real vids of a total exam, maybe an idea for some of you play doctors to create one?
