Watching Doctor and Diaper Toy Videos

What do you think should happen to a little who becomes obsessed with videos about toys that center around medical and diaper things, like baby alive for example. You find them pausing the videos on the open diapers where they're being changed, and searching to see if there's a toy where you can take the doll's RT. Maybe rubbing themselves a little. Or getting distracted playing with the toys in real life if they have them, totally enthralled. Maybe they shouldn't be watching the videos, or not touching themselves, but clearly, they're totally obsessed. What would you do?
