"Paddling that Posterior!"

What are your favorite types of paddles. There are so many different kinds, some by their shape and design call for different methods of delivery, such as "Bend over and Grab your Ankles" or just over a chair or stool. And what about those long handled jobs you can use OTK?

My own preference is a thin wood oval paddle with a long handle.... or are there some who like the leather paddles, rubber paddles??

What say ye?

I LOVE the clear acrylic spanking paddles. Since it's see-through, The spanker went out of their way to make sure the paddle doesn't cover up any inch of bare-bottom nudity the spankee experiences. It adds insult to injury in such a powerfully devious way he he 😁

I like so many paddles and for different reasons.

I like the feel of the slightly-floppy leather paddle that covers both cheeks from the close edge to the far edge all at once.

I like the feel of the stiff leather paddle with the image cut into th leather because it grips and bites the skin of the cheeks because of the image.

I like the wooden paddle (16x3.5 inches or 41x9 cm) with holes in it because it smacks and feels so nice and deep on both cheeks.

I like the bath brush oval and the bath brush circle because they are more intense in a single spot on each cheek.

I like the long Padauk heavy wooden ruler (18x 2 inches) (46x5 cm) because it is so intense in a narrow spot across both cheeks.

I like the Delrin cane because it is truly intense stings and burns so nice.

I like the "smacker' (14x3.5 inches (and thin and light) 36x9 cm) because it stings on the skin.

I like the heavy, hard plastic waffle paddle because it has a different feel that is thuddy, but it also grabs the flesh.

I like the large wooden strainer spoon because it grips and grabs the skin as it smacks.

I don't think I've ever met a paddle and spanking implement that I haven't liked, except, at the time, the one my dad made for use on us kids. I'm sure I would have liked it now.

I think I've posted about this before, there were two main paddles in my growing up years. The one that was used the most was a red fli-back paddle that my mother got at a garage sale. This was the kind of paddle that used to have a ball attached to an elastiic band that was stapled into the wood. It was meant as a toy, but when she bought it (I think for a nickel) the ball and elastic were gone. My mother removed the staple and that paddle lived in a kitchen drawer next to other small household tools. She and my dad used it on me quite often, especially if I had done something wrong in or near the kitchen.

The other paddle they bought some years later while we were on a car trip on the Oregon coast. I was older and I guess they thought they needed a bigger implement. It was made of Cedar and said "the Heck with Psychology" on it. There was a picture of a boy over a barrel (he looked like a cartoon version of me) getting paddled by his dad. I felt that one during that trip and for several years afterwards!

Dustin there had to hundreds of thousands of those fli-back paddles. seems like every house with kids had at least one.

I definitely like paddles, my favorite is a wooden paddle with holes, it about 14”long and 3/8 of an inch thick, it says it was made of bamboo. It gives a good hard swats and provides a lot of burn and sting and makes a great sound as it swats a bare bottom. I have several thinner light weight paddles that really sting. I also like clear lexan paddles. I have photos posted here of my paddles and other toys

A favorite paddle is a bit of a oxymoron for me. The paddle is a dreaded thing yet enjoyable if not applied in anger, meaness, abuse, nor in excess. That being said, I like being over my husband's knee for a spanking or paddling. Hand spanking, hairbrush spanking, and paddling are all good. For paddling it is a toss up among wood spoon, ping pong paddle, lexan paddle, and a short smooth wood paddle with or without holes. Variety is the spice of life. The same goes when spanking my husband. Denise

I prefer larger leather paddles. They tend to have a good combination of both stingy and thuddy - Although, I prefer stingy. The smaller ones that aren't quite small enough to be considered "slappers" tend to be disappointing. For woodens, I prefer the smaller cheek-to-cheek variety. Although frankly I'd rather just have a bathbrush (I put hairbrushes in an entirely different catagory.) The "full size" paddles don't tend to distribute the pain very well between both cheeks in my experience. One could make an argument that that is a skill issue on the spanker's part but I would disagree. But again, I prefer stingy implements so that might just be a matter of preference. Some of those skinnier, long wooden paddles look very interesting though.

I have never tried acrylic or lexan but they sound amazing. It's on my list.

When I was a sub my wife whom was my Dom usually used a belt. When I ended this lifestyle after she wasn't paying attention to my needs as a sub, I through the belt away. After that when she wanted to punish me for doing that I went to a feed western store and found a not sure what it was called but it had a wooden handle with two 6 to 8 inch leather straps . When she used it on me she said she really liked how it felt and it made my ass a nice red color.
