Prompting depends on the checkpoint model. Earlier SD 1.5 checkpoints require a lot of prompting like:

Newer models for SDXL require less prompting. Some really dislike long prompts.
For models try civitai.com. They have a lot of checkpoint and LORA models.
Two checkpoints to get are Pony Realism and Pony. The Pony model is for anime-like images and the realism model is derived from the Pony model but produces more or less realistic images. If you don't want to use the Pony models, which aren't the most realistic, you can try JibMixRealisticXL or LustifySDXLNSFW.
There are several LORA models for medfet: multiple thermometer and enema LORAs, a gyn table LORA and many for nurses. These are all on Civitai and most use the Pony checkpoints.
