Just ordered a 2L kit....

Intrigued in the cross-over between this and med-fet.. and have just ordered a 2L kit.

Should I begin with 2L and just plain water?

I'm intrigued as to what is sexual about it? I know it's mainly used to clear you out, and I'm keen to see if that makes a difference for me. I'm keen to try coffee enemas etc.. but is it sexual just by the psychological / fantasy aspect? Or does it stimulate you in a sexual way with physical pressure etc?

My significant other and I consider giving each other enemas a form of sexual intercourse/lovemaking. We are both anal erotic, and enemas scratch that itch in an intense and loving way. IYKYK!

To start, warm, not hot, plain water with some salt or baking soda is a benign solution. You might try adding some baby shampoo as similarly gentle. There is so much to learn on Zity about other solutions but the key for me has been to start with a little soap and add more as I see the effects.

The sexual aspects probably vary a lot across our colleagues here. For me there is the sense of urgency in holding, the rush of release when expelling, the sense of something a little naughty and taboo, and just all the good feelings of warmth spreading through my body.

Sorry, but though I’m very anal and have loved my enemas since age 15 (1967),

1) I’m retired BC US MD, very detail-oriented,

2) my anus, rectum and colon VERY (over)sensitive to physical and/or chemical irritation including nozzles, plugs, balloon catheters (which I love), enema solutions (solution chemistry and water flow out), and so therefore

3) I very much prefer my solutions carefully measured.

Water, tap just fine, warm to cool,

Salt: my standard saline enema is 1-1.5 tsp table salt per quart of water = roughly medical use 0.9% “Normal Saline.”

Bicarbonate (e.g., Arm & Hammer®️Baking Soda) 1-2 tsp/quart

Castile Soap liquid 1-2 tsp/quart

Baby Shampoo (e.g., Johnson & Johnson) 1-2 tsp/ quart

I got it on Amazon. I don't recall the brand, med-line or something similar.

I'm reading a lot online about how there is no scientific evidence that Enema's are actually good for you, and that on the contrary.. some enemas can actually destroy your gut bio balance which can take months to restore.

Anyone have any input on this?

Start simple and small and try working up. 1L to 1500mL is the standard medical enema equipment size, and use water or normal saline. You can always add more when you know how your body reacts. Hell yes it can be physically sexual, you have your anus, prostate, and a whole bunch of other feel good nerves around the area. There definitely also is a psychological component that can go various ways depending on the scene. Make sure your water is nice and warm and spend plenty of time living and getting ready.

Don't know what nozzle you have, but if you have something larger, bulbous that can stimulate that is fun too.

Holding may be fun or may just be uncomfortable, your body, your call. Experiment and find out.
