Not been here for a long time. In the UK are you ever asked to undress to underwear for a private health check these days or not? NHS GPs here seem to me to rely more on X-ray vision and telepathy rather than physical examination.

Depends how detailed the exam is?, but generally, in my experience, you don’t usually have to strip down to your underwear.
