I might add to the Older posts on the topic that until recently I never considered using an enema every day. I like them, but daily always seemed like too much of a good thing, although I've discussed that with some folks who do it or have it done to them. Until my surgeries, my frequency varied according to need.
I was intrigued by the video because it appeared to me that this young lady was pretty sick and that her regimen had healed her. It was not only enemas, but also diet, exercise, & a numbervof other things. The enemas were a big deal, though, and helped her a lot. I'm considering daily enemas (not doing them yet) to help with my LAR Syndrome, which happens when one has a shortened colon / sigmoid /rectum, usually due to cancer surgery. Fortunately I had no cancer detected, but I did have a bowel perforation. LAR Syndrome, as I've written before, results in many bowel movements per day, often with explosive diarrhea. One of the seminars I watched indicated that this was the case with 70+% of the patients. I got it, and it is much more of a problem than you might think. Hence, daily enemas. I'm glad I don't hate them. That would be the worst.
It seems like daily enemas are right for certain people, but it is kind of extreme. Now if I just had a pretty nurse...(correction. A pretty CONSTIPATED nurse.. a guy can dream, can't he?)...
