My 24/7 normal everyday changing routine is basically the same everyday. I use only premium plastic backing disposable diapers ( Northshore Magamax) along with a large size booster pad. In some cases where extended wearing time is needed then I use the huge Rearz overnight booster pad.
With the Magamax disposable diapers and the booster pads I can get 12 hours reasonably. Now the hot summer days I do change around mid-day.
My my normal changing routine is as follows with all changing activities done by myself.
6 am. Wakeup, remove diaper, sit on toilet trying for a BM, then shower, apply moisture barrier cream and powder, apply fresh diaper with booster pad.
6pm. I do all the same thing as I did at 6 am.
I've found that this routine works very well with my incontinence lifestyle with wearing diapers 24/7. Very very seldom I have any issues with rash, chaffing, or leaks.
Like I mentioned above, the hot summer days I will change mid-day. Because my fluid intake is much higher and to prevent diaper rash.
