Enema scenes and methods should always be changing and developing, and then return with another visit again and again.
The next set will include a 3 foot long, 8 inch diameter exercise roller to sit on, and nozzle of choice with 5 quart reservoir getting continuously filled with filtered water. I always like to watch the reservoir and have quart fill lines marked on it, helping me to better understand the feelings I am getting.
Wearing a very used white T shirt, get greased up and sit in the bottom of a shower stall with drain cover removed. Lean against a wall or corner,, sitting on the 8" dia foam roller, point your drain at the drain. If you want in the corner, stand a 4 inch diameter 3 foot long foam roller behind your back. Leaning back more will give better access to your sweet-spot where the water and pipe are going in. This set up is an alternative to laying down and will reward you with a whole new perspective, as things move along. Using a 9/16 inch thick colon tube will be handy and allow you to sit on it and thus lock your nozzle or tube in against your perineum or lean back and let some run out. You may want to replace foam rollers with a plastic chair, with colon tube fit up thru it, at the front of center, which will allow you to lean forward to lock it in against the perineum. I have not used a chair, but I can see where some would. I like the rollers, because it seems to allow for better drain cycles. The activity is fun to watch too. If you are good at making noises, this will tend to bring them out. Suction cup grab handles on the walls might be helpful. But they have a reputation for coming loose. All enema play tends to get me in trouble, as I get lost in the moment, I forget safety and make odd slips. My most frequent slip is by not keeping up with water going into the reservoir. I will let it suck dry or more often, run it over and get splashed, wet and cold, maybe. One time I turned over my inversion tilt TEETER table,,,,
with a nice load in my belly. ( 🥳 )
