Impersonating a doctor in the movies

There are several movies with fake doctors, although I haven't seen many of them.

Years ago in high school we watched a movie on fraud . Many fake people , some collecting for charity , such as fake religious people etc .There was a short scene , in a medical office a young lady was shown bare back from behind , she had long hair , sitting on a medical table . When they were showing her upfront her hair was covering her breast and the doctor was gently pressing on her stomach asking her about abdominal pains .The narrator mentioned if he was a real doctor .She wasn't half bad looking , the movie just added to my fantasy . I could imagine it happening for real , years ago most doctors were male and if a lady was told get undressed down to her panties for the doctor , she most likely would have .
