Advice needed for receiving large enema

I have a friend coming over later this week to give me a thorough enema cleansing. She unfortunately views this simply as a health benefit, but I also find it to be very erotic. In the past she has given me enemas about every two weeks or so, but it has now been over three months as I have been traveling.

I know she will want me to take her usual 3 quart SSE bag enema followed by a rinse or two, which was the usual treatment after we first started with smaller amounts. But I have not had any enemas for the past months and know it will be difficult to take what she considers the amount needed for a thorough cleansing. Aside from starting with a suppository or little bulb enema. which she already has been using to prep me for the bag, I'm looking for advice on how to get back to taking these large enemas.

Perhaps some easy to take solution for the bag enema instead of SSE or suggested technique, prep, position etc?. which will help me again be able to take the quantity needed.

Congrats on having a friend to give you enemas. Why not explain your concern to her and ask her to work up to the 3 qt SSE with a couple of 1 or 2 qt plain water enemas? Better than prepping all by yourself.

The problem is that my health-conscious enema friend has given me 3 quart enemas before. I'm sure she will be very insistent that I take this amount when she visits later this week. If I don't take the full 3 quarts, I'm sure she will complain that I'm not cooperating in getting a good cleaning and I might just as well give myself suppositories of a little Fleet, instead of having her visit -- which I don't want to do.

Normally I look forward to her visits knowing I will get thoroughly cleaned out while I enjoy the fullness and pressure of her large enemas, but right now I don’t think it will go very well after not having enemas for a while, which is why I’m looking for suggestions for when she visits, perhaps a more calming solution, or technique which would help me get the full bag but without it being a struggle?

The day before your friend’s visit is scheduled, take a couple of 2-L SSEs to start your cleanout. I suspect by a third enema, you’ll be able to tolerate the 3-liter volume. Just keep repeating (adding salt and/or baking soda to avoid hyponatremia) until you can handle 3 L.

I don’t think it’s necessary to take enemas the day before. That would reduce some of the tension. Just ask her to go slowly with the first one or two and stop and expel what contents you have before resuming the next in the series.

As Liquidsky noted, I did not want to do any enemas myself to prepare before my friend visited as I don't like doing enemas alone, and I wanted to save the anticipation of gettng enemas again for when she visited. When she visited we chatted and she understood my reluctance to start right up with the usual "therapy" , but as expected she said she did not want to finish her visit without me getting the "good" i.e. large enema she insists is needed for a proper cleansing.

Fortunately she noted I was particularly tight when she first applied Vaseline and slipped in a preliminary suppository. This lead her to do more anal massage than she was usually willing to do. I loved the attention as she helped me relax and loosen up. When it came time for the bag with the large nozzle, she was more playful than usual and slowly slipped it deep inside without issue. To my surprise, she did not start with a SSE, instead she used a mix of salt and soda which I found very comforting and much easier to hold. I took a bit more than a quart lying on my belly and was feeling some pressure, so she let me go right away. Then she asked me to assume the knee chest position and administered another, this time about two quarts. I was surprised she did not insist that I hold this, but when I returned from the toilet I could see why-- she had her regular 3 quart SSE ready to go.

Surprisingly this was quite easy to take, but difficult to hold, and this time she really insisted. Instead of holding my cheeks together as she had done before, she held her gloved finger in my bottom while I squirmed until finally I went to the toilet. I wondered if I was done, as she always had followed a SSE with a rinse. In fact this was still the case. She did note that my bottom might get a bit sore from more enemas than usual, so she was particularly liberal with the Vaseline inside and out, but then gave me a deep plain water rinse, again in knee chest position, working the nozzle to ensure it went in deep. Overall an excellent and thoroughly enjoyable cleansing. Of course I would have loved it she had taken matters in hand and worked my inevitable erection when in the knee chest position as a reward for taking her deep cleaning, but this still doesn't seem to be a "therapy" she is interested in providing.
