Gaping without pushing out a toy

I love to gape and my dom loves making me gape, but I've only been able to do it only after she fucks me with a toy of my choice (usually 1.75 inch - 2 inch diameter, 6 inch length) for a while and I push it out while spreading my cheeks. I want to learn how to gape on command (after warmup of course), any tips or tutorials from anyone?

Gaping , from my experience people who gape naturally it’s mostly based on their physiology. Also, a gape can be achieved depending on position, trying different positions may produce results. A position that opens you and allows air in may give you the results you’re looking for. There are other ways of achieving a gape like having an object deep in the vagina or in the rectum that when legs are spread will produce a gape.
