Has anyone else ever left or seen a suppository left in toilet bowl?

Years ago I gave my gf a glycerin suppository as she was very constipated. Naturally the suppository did its job and soon my gf was noisily evacuating her bowels in the toilet. A short while afterwards I went in to the bathroom and the air was still mixed with her glycerin infused dung. Plus at the bottom of the toilet bowl was the remnants of a much shrunk suppository stil there. Has anyone else ever left or seen a suppository left in toilet bowl?

When I was a kid and my Mom used a soap stick on me when she had run out of glycerin suppositories she made me sit on a chamber pot to poop and then retrieved the soap stick from the pot, cleaned it off, and saved it for reuse.

When I feel that my glycerin suppository is effective in less than 10m I got it with the help of my hand and some toilet paper and clean it off for a second use. It is as effective as in the first use.
