Seeing a Dom for Medical Discipline

Excited and nervous at the same time. I think enemas (lots of them). What else will happen during a 5 hr session? I have been looking at some of the things she may do to me.

Pretty scary!!! Has anyone else seen a Dom for a medical appointment? What happened to you? I want to try scrotal inflation but not the whole bag of saline. I do have to drive home and will protect seats and double diaper!!!!!
