Medical exam instructionals

A more recent fantasy of mine is to be able to do a medical fetish examination instructional thing, whether one on one or 2-4 other people. I'd enjoy being either the patient or doctor in something like this. The students would have to be completely undressed, as they will have things demonstrated on them, as well as examine each other after being shown how to properly perform different exams, use medical instruments, etc. Presumably given the fetish nature, we'd also go over doing genital and rectal exams, as well as examinations one can do to assess sexual arousal, obtain semen samples, or evaluate vital signs during sexual stimulation/orgasm.

Has anyone ever done something at least kind of like this? Love to hear people's thoughts and ideas!
