No longer sure how many times I wet a day

After 2 years of 24/7 - and being encouraged by my wife to "just let go" Im no longer really aware of when or how often I wet. I generally change at set intervals during the day but otherwise don't notice much. I think multiple small wetting constantly has conditioned me to not even notice.

As for this urinary incontinent person that has been wearing 24/7 for over twelve years now. I cannot or " just go". I'm on the " go constantly ".

My incontinence is constantly releasing very small amounts of urine non stop. What ever my kidneys are expelling as far as urine is what I'm leaking. So a very slow and very little amount constantly.

When I sit up from laying down, I sometimes can feel a larger amount expelling out. Normally never feeling any wetting occurring because it's a very slow diaper wetting.

I can definitely see and feel the diaper swelling after a prolong amount of time, nothing instantly.

This why I'm diaper or catheter dependent. I've only been cathed 4 times last year for about half hour each time for a urine sample at doctor appointments. I hate catheters and choose to wear diapers for my incontinent lifestyle.

I also enjoy wearing diapers because of the comfort, confidence, convenience and greatly helps my anxiety vs the catheter. I've never had any UTI's from wearing diapers. Using a catheter is totally different story.

As for how many "wetting " times, it's how much diaper swelling!!!
