School exam with teacher as chaperone ?

Some people here have said that they had physicals at jr. high or high school where one of the teachers was the chaperone. Just wondering if any one had experienced that at some point. And in what country or city did it happen in.

With me it happened in scout camps and at school when we were 7-8 yo.
