Who likes ear stething?

I think it's the most exciting way to listen to the heartbeat

I definitely enjoy ear stething. It is a very intimate interaction for me. Its a combination of both my heartbeat fetish but also wanting to share in a romantic/sexual moment with a partner that isn't nearly as much a niche fetish activity. From a sensory standpoint I love people touching my chest so its also great in that respect.

If given a choice, personally I will always prefer listening with a stethoscope in a sexual/fetish context, but not every moment is right for that kind of thing. Ear stething is a good alternative.

I think ear stething is great, but it does limit what you can do. It's definitely a good starting point and you get to feel their heart actually beating on your ear
