Recovery Time

I’m curious about a few things, and it may be easiest if I just ask all the questions at once.

Those who remember their circumcision, what did it feel like while recovering? And how long did it take to recover?

Did it hurt to pee? Were erections painful?

Would you say that the abrasion against clothing is more painful than the scarring?

Did you attempt to masturbate or was it too painful?

What dressings were used? How often did they need to be changed? Any creams or antibiotics?

I got snipped as a Kiddo soo imma toss my two cents in here for what I can recount.

I was circumcised at 8yo and immediately post snip it was quite the experience... Spent about two weeks at home mostly pantless while I got used to how things looked/felt.

Clothes or heck even blankets/towels felt like rough sandpaper and just something I noticed more then ever before.

As to the questions of 'Did peeing hurt' and 'were bandages/cream used'... Yes to both in degrees? Like pissing or generally well ANYTHING post snip was quite a well tender experience. As to bandages I'd left the clinic with some bandages an tape around my bits and once home Momma was given a cream to apply over the sight... I recall the whole experience being quite embarrassing...

@VladmirFox after those two weeks, were you used to it? How long did it take for you to feel ‘normal’?

Was sport/ a specific activity a reminder for you for longer?

Here is what little I remember.

1) Very big surprise when bandages removed, as I had not quite been told what "fix" would be done to my wee-wee. In fact at first I did not even understand what had been done, it looked like the tip had been replaced! I don't know how much time it took me to understand.

2) Itching. Perhaps the stitches, or also the scar itself.

3) I think I was made to take sitz baths in water with antiseptic soap but I may be mixing things up.

4) Went to the GP who had advised this surgery, she inspected the scar, pronounced the results very nice, removed a couple stitches that had not dropped, as mom watched. I don't know how many days it happened after surgery was done.

I don't recall friction on clothing. If I recall correctly this surgery had been told during school vacations, so perhaps I was allowed to run half naked in the house, I really don't know.

At that age I would not know what "masturbation" was and I don't recall if I was told not to touch myself there as it healed.
