Alright here's the promised exam. I think it went great 😃)
He (playing the role of de) walked in and shook my hand. We chatted about some medical stuff as he looked over paperwork and filled a few things out. Then to start the exam, he had me remove my shirt.
"Could you remove your top for me?"
I took of my shirt and he looked at my face, into my ears, and checked my eyes. He also did the classic "open your mouth and say aah" thing. Then he moved down my neck, gently palpating and examining the whole way down. He moved down to my chest and brought out his stethoscope. He listened to both the front and back of my chest at different locations, pressing onto my skin to get a good listen.
"Could you lay down for me?"
He started examining my stomach, turning on the exam light that was next to the exam table. He brought it close to my body as he looked up and down my stomach, palpating around.
"I'm going to remove these for this portion of the exam, if that's alright" he said as he undid my belt and pants, unzipped them, and pulled them down to my ankles. He then continued palpating my abdomen, moving low into my groin area and under my underwear. After he had felt around under there, brushing along my penis in the process, he had me sit up so he could do some mobility tests. When he was done, he asked me to stand up.
"Alright, could you remove these for me? I just need to check everything is alright down there." I pulled my underwear off while still standing in front of him as he put on gloves. He then reached out and examined each of my testicles, moving them around in his hands as he palpated each one gently. Then he moved up the shaft of my penis, examining it closely. He retracted my foreskin and examined the head of my penis as well from all angles. After pulling my foreskin back into place, he asked me to lay down.
After laying down, he examined my genitals once more, retracting my foreskin as far back as it could go, then leaving it like that for a decent part of the genital exam, returning at the end to check one last time before pulling it back up. He then had me turn over, as he explained he was going to do a quick rectal examination. After lubing a finger, he stuck it in and palpated around for a short period, then asked me to flip back onto my back.
"I'm just going to do a quick skin examination." He then went and felt down my body, feeling for any lumps or bumps, and checking for any freckles or weird spots. He had me put my arms up and he checked my armpits, moving my hair around so he could look. He had me spread my legs so he could check the inside of my thighs, and he also combed through my pubic hair.
Once he was done, he said that everything looked great, and he hopes to see me again soon. The whole exam took about a little over an hour, and it was really enjoyable for both parties. 😃
