Your Real Exam Experience

I see a lot of the made up exams, and they're a fun read but I would definitely love to see some more detailed stories about people's real exams. Here's one of mine:

At one point I went into the doctor for a rash on my neck. My normal pediatrician wasn't available (I was 18 or 19), so I had a sub doctor. When I got there, he asked me a few questions, then had me take off my hoodie so he could look at my neck. After checking the spot, he asked if anyone had looked elsewhere for more rashes like that. I said no.

"When was your last physical?" I told him that it had been a little while, I was due for my yearly. "okay, well we'll just get it out of the way now. I'm going to print out something real quick, please take off your shirt and sit on the table." He was a lot more assertive than my usual doctor, but I didn't mind too much, I just wanted to get it over with lol.

After printing the document, he came over and did the examination of my head, looking at my eyes, ears, nose. He held my chin as he looked up my nose, saying "tilt back." Then he moved on to look over my torso. He examined my chest and back for more spots, then used the stethoscope to listen to multiple points.

"Lay down."

He didn't talk much during the physical, and all of his "commands" were short and to the point, it was definitely starting to turn me on. He examined my stomach, pushing in and feeling around. Then without a whole lot of warning, he asks:

"Has anyone looked down there?" I replied no, and he went and unbuttoned my jeans and pulled my pants down to my ankles. "Spread." I spread my legs as he went through possibly the most in depth genital exam I had ever had. He examined the shaft of my penis, and retracted my foreskin to get a good look at the head. He wrote a couple things down, then started examining my testicles. "I need you to spread wider." It was a bit hard to do with my pants at my ankles, but I went all the way out so he could examine me. He held each testicle and rolled them around in his fingertips.

"Alright, stand up and take off your pants please."

Now I was totally naked and standing in front of him. He combed through my pubic hair a bit, then retracted my foreskin again to check the head of my dick. He moved it around a bit, pulling my foreskin back asking "how far back does this go without becoming uncomfortable?" He ended up pulling it really far back, much more than I was used to. He then went on to examine each testicle much closer, noting a couple moles. After that, he had me to turn around and he examined my buttocks.

"Alright, you look fine. I'm not seeing anymore of that rash and everything else is healthy. Get dressed."

I started putting my clothes on, and I was just generally so surprised at how in depth that was. I ended up having to rush to the bathroom quickly to get one out because of how horny I became during the exam 😭

Yeah, I have an exam every few months, usually it's virtual and he just asks me how things are going if I'm having any GI trouble or neuro trouble or OB/GYN trouble.

I changed doctors about ten years ago. I had previously had two complete physicals done before by two different doctors. So when I change I wasn't really sure what was going to happen or how through the new doctor would be?

I was fairly nervous when I got to the clinic that morning and then before the nurse left the exam room after she had went over my medications and took my vitals she reached in drawer on the side of the exam table and took out a cloth gown and laid it on the exam table saying if he wants you in this he can tell you and then she left.

I sat in the chair that I had been sitting in while she took my vitals nervously waiting thinking about what might happen not having a clue about how this doctor would be?

About ten minutes later there was a knock on the door and he entered. He introduced himself and shook my hand then started going over my lap results. Once he was finished with my lab results and my medication he told me to go ahead and take everything off and put the gown on with the opening in back and tie it. I did as I was told but was having trouble getting the top string tied, he tied it for me and told to have a seat on the end of the exam table.

He wasn't talking much just going about the exam he went and got the ophthlamoscope and started checking my eyes and then my ears before getting a tongue depresser and checking my throat. After this he ran his hands over my head feeling my scalp before feeling my neck.

When he was done he took his hand and reached up and untied the top string on the gown still not saying anything. He took his stethoscope and began listening to my heart and then my lungs moving the stethoscope around my back.

When he was done he reached around and untied the bottom string on the gown and told me to lay back, then he pulled the extension out at the end of the exam table for my feet. The only things he was saying were instructions telling me what he wanted me to do. He still hadn't put any gloves on, he began palpating my chest and abdomen taking a lot of time feeling my liver before moving on. When he was finally done with my abdomen he still hadn't said anything just reached down and grabbed the bottom of the gown and pulled it up to the top of my thighs and began checking my legs and feet.

When he was satisfied with this he walked over to the box of exam gloves on the wall grabbed a pair of gloves put them on looked at me and said, "Now this is the part where I am going to get to know you!!"

I suddenly felt very nervous,he came back to the exam table grabbed the gown and pulled up above my waist exposing my genitals.

He didn't say anything reached down and took a hold of my penis and started examining it looking at it and feeling the shaft before examining the head and urethra. He remained quiet while he checked my testicles. He then did speak he told me stand on the little step at the end of the exam table. He then checked me for a hernia. So far he had said maybe ten words.

After checking me for a hernia he looked at me and said in matter of fact tone of voice. "Now I want you to lay down on your left side and pull your left leg up to your chest." I did as he told me then I felt him pulling the gown up and pretty much off of me exposing me completely except for a little bit of my ribcage. Then without saying anything I felt the palms of his hands on my butt cheeks spreading them apart. I couldn't really see him but I knew he was looking at my butt and then he let go and stepped one step back then stepped forward again. This time I felt his thumbs on my cheeks. Now he was spreading my cheeks again this time using his thumbs to expose my anus. He must have seen what he wanted he let go and walked over to a overhead cabinet above the computer desk. Now I was able to see him and watched as he got a disposable packet of lube and proceeded to lube his finger. I was trying to watch him now and could see that he had walked back behind the exam table and was apparently standing behind me. He wasn't speaking, I felt him lift my left butt cheek and then felt his cold slimy finger touching my anus. I no more than felt his slimy finger touch me and it was inside of me causing me to groan a low quiet groan as he gave me a very thorough rectal exam.

When he was done I was able to see him glance at his finger before smearing it on the occult blood test card. After he quietly removed his gloves he looked at me and finally spoke. Telling me everything was good and I could get dressed.

I have been seeing him for ten years now and he has not changed, he is still a man of very few words. At least now I know what to expect when he steps back behind me after he has lubed his finger. I know to take a deep breath and try to relax because I am not going to get a verbal warning.
