Unexpected Fingerings that were Penetrating

Has anyone here ever experienced and unexpected fingering to either their vagina or rectum that were able to penetrate you with your undergarments still on. The undergarments may have been ripped or even inserted along with the finger that penetrated you. I have not experienced such an event or taken part in one as well, but I have experienced a somewhat similar event that I will share.

When I was in my early twenties, I had to undergo an employment physical that was pretty much standard. It did have a quite unusual test on it that the doctor performing the physical also thought was a bit archaic and unusual. I had to receive a hernia check as part of this physical. The female doctor who performed this exam for me had me lower my pants leaving my underwear on. She then stepped in back of me and slid a finger underneath me pressing very firmly just behind my sac. She held her finger very firmly in place and had me cough multiple times. Upon the completion of this procedure, I had developed a huge pup tent against the front of my underwear. I was so embarrassed and turned bright red, as there was no place to hide nor was the erection I had getting any smaller. The doctor could not help but notice it and addressed as follows. "Are you in any pain, and do you need me to do anything to relieve you" I was too stunned and shook my head that I would be ok, but she did proceed to bring me in a more secluded and private room in the suite. There she told me the importance of having a urologist and having my prostate checked. She also said that if I had never had this done or had not had it performed in a long time, that she could take care of it for me right there over the exam table. I was quite young and pretty naive and told her that I did actually have a urologist, and the test was done very recently. She did ask me if I was sure and regretfully said that was OK. I still regret that decision to this day. Though this does not qualify to the situation I detailed above, I do feel it is somewhat similar, as i was clothed when she performed the test although there was no penetration. I would appreciate any experiences you may have had in regard to what I have described!
