You and I both! ...and by responding appropriately, a stiff and drooling dick adds a lot to the realism. There isn't a lot of visual action once the flow has been started, so its good to see the evidence that the enema is actually happening and being appropriately enjoyed. That applies to the giver and the receiver and to both males and females.
