Am I looking in the wrong places or are no UK women into gyno /medical anymore?

I'm mid 40s and been into this since I was a teen, a few years ago I met a fair few women into it but maybe I'm just older and out of the right places now but ivd not found anyone for a long time, nevermind a long term relationship.

I knew a lady in her 50s who wouldn't get enough, but she was married and in the end the risk she took was too much and she stopped.

So, am I looking in the wrong places, or is it a dying Fetish?
