Daily instructions:
Mondays: Eating day
8: wake up, go on hour long walk with a belt tightly around waist, rope between and up legs tightly and weights on
9: take weight measurements, take temperature, scrub rim with toothbrush and toothpaste, take a shower, shave everywhere, skincare, apply makeup, tape holes, dress like a pretty doll
10: go study
14: return home, rip off tape, insert plug
15: put on nipple and clit rubber bands and put on maid outfit before making dinner
18: clean house
19: hang with friends
20: journal about day, go into little space (drink a whole bottle of warm milk from bottle)
21: edge
21:30: fall asleep

10: Wake up and take weight measurements, if I have not lost at least 1kg by the end of the week I have to put In my plug, add 5kg weight to it, and take 100 squats while clenching, if the plug falls out the counter starts at 100 again. If I managed to lose over 1kg, I will be allowed to orgasm. Once.
