Hello Laura, yes there are women lin the forum. I used to have an A cup and have always wanted "more breast". But the fear of surgery was too great for me for a long time. After my pregnancies I was less and less satisfied with my breasts and so I finally decided to have breast surgery and got a C cup. Three years ago I had my second breast surgery and now have a D-cup, which I am very happy and satisfied with.
I had to undergo general anesthesia for my operations. There is the option of placing the implants under the pectoral muscle or over - this seems to be a question of philosophy (at least I have met doctors for whom only one option was even conceivable and other doctors who were convinced of the complete opposite). Ultimately, both forms seem to have advantages and disadvantages. There are also different incisions (in the breast crease, around the areolas, in the armpits) - here too, there are advantages and disadvantages.
After my first surgery the pain was quite severe for the first three days, but then it got better. The breasts were hard as stone after the surgery, swollen and felt like extremely sore muscles for more than two weeks. I couldn't lift my arms properly, I couldn't just sit up when lying down and I had to wait around eight weeks to lift things or do sport. During this time, I had to wear a special and rather uncomfortable compression bra. After my second surgery, it was a bit more extreme - I was in a lot of pain for almost a week, couldn't do anything and hardly knew how to lie or sit. But the pain was worth it from my point of view. Everything has now healed, the breasts are firm, nice and soft but still firm and I really like them. Due to the size of the implants, the breasts may start to sag in a few years' time. Then a lift would have to be performed. But this is not an issue at the moment.
