How do you prepare yourself for the Play Doctor appointment?

I think that the preparation is a very important and exciting moment in a play exam because you start to think about the Doctor appointment and what could happen during the examination. Prepare yourself and your body at the best for the Doctor and follow his orders about what you must do or wear for the appointment is the first sign of submission for the patient, you start to feel the Doctor's authority right at this moment.

Usually I receive the Doctor's orders about my preparation a week before the appointment, most of them require full sexual abstinence prior the exam, no sex or masturbation at all. One or more enema is required to clean the rectum, but I know that another enema will be provided by the Doctor during the exam, he wants a very clean rectum to perform a very thorough examination. Some Doctors orders to shave the genital and anal area, I like when they require it, I feel so much exposed and clean when I'm shaved so I proceed to shave my intimate parts and also my chest so eventually the Doctor can use the ECG pads easily. I pay attention to shave well also around my nipples because some Doctors use suction cups that works better with smooth skin. Then I spread moisturizing cream all over my body, especially on the shaved parts, to hydrate the skin. Finally I wear white underwear, usually tight brief and a tank top, socks and jeans with a t-shirt. At this point the anticipation level is very high, I'm ready for the exam and I feel a bit of anxiety in my stomach during the trip to the Doctor office.

I strictly follow my play doctor indications:

accurate shower of the body,

accurate cleaning of genitals and shaving of the area between navel and knees,

deep trimming of nails of hands and feet,

accurate cleaning of rectum with an enema,

application of a body lotion.

No particular prescriptions for dressing. During the preparation I cannot avoid erection due anticipations and precum thinking on what she will do on me. A few times she prescribed to wear a penile cage at few days before the examination.

It would depend on what the doctor specified for the prep. Generally it would include a period of abstinence from ejaculation ranging from two to seven days prior to the exam. On the day of the exam I would take a Fleet enema several hours before the exam was to begin. I would take a long shower paying special attention to insuring my genitals and rectal areas were completely clean. I would apply underarm deodorant, brush my teeth, use mouth wash. Unless I was told to wear a special undergarment such as a jock strap I would wear my usual briefs.

I'd prefer the Doc to prep me.

I've had many Play Doctors give me enemas before the rectal part of an exam.

I've had my chest hair shaved by a Doc occasionally.

I don't think I've had super in depth instructions when I've been the patient in a play exam. I think the only one I can recall is having to abstain from ejaculating at least the day of the exam so that the play doctor can obtain a good semen sample and can adequate check my sexual functions at least a couple of times.

I've had a couple of enemas done, but nothing requiring prep. Usually the play doc gives me the opportunity to go to the bathroom prior to the start of the exam or lets me do what I need to after giving a urine sample.

I do enjoy when they have paperwork/questionnaires though - it just is one of those detail things that really enhances an exam!
