If requested, I can be a strict doctor that doesn’t take no for an answer and any resistance from the patient is met with punishment that escalates in severity as further offenses are garnered throughout the course of the exam.

When I take the doctor role I discuss with the patient to see what level the patient desires and in general push it to the patients limits and desires. Many people desire different things so it is really important to understand what the patient is looking for — makes the whole experience better for both of us.
