I received my first enema during my first year of school. Shortly after starting school I turned six.
At some point it got very loud in the bathroom. My brother started feeling the rubber bulb again, which happened about once or twice a month.
The bathroom door wasn't fully closed so I could catch a glimpse of what was happening.
My brother knelt on the long bench that stood along the wall next to the sink and the door, with his butt towards the sink. Mother stood next to him, pressed his upper body onto the bench with her left hand and with her right she inserted the red rubber bulb into his butt hole and squeezed the ball. My brother protested and fidgeted violently. But that didn't help him. Several bulb fillings found their way into his colon. My heart was beating fast and I sincerely hoped that I would never have to experience something like that.
After the fourth bulb he was released, and at that very moment he spotted me. "Why is it always only me who gets enemas and not him...". Now my mother discovered me too. I felt her look, and it didn't seem to bode well.
“You only get enemas when they are necessary. And all the previous ones were necessary.”
And then said to me: "Then you can prove that you don't make things as difficult for your mother as your brother does."
About an hour later I was on the bench in exactly the same predicament as my brother. I heard the bubbling as the bulb filled, then a brief silence before the tip of the rubber bulb entered my ass. I was shaking and whimpering softly. "Stay calm, it's almost over. You only get three balls." Only the first filling had just been administered.
With the second bulb the pressure increased, while mom was squeezing the third bulb the first slight cramps began. Now I was happy not to have to receive a fourth like my brother; but he was also two years older. Then all I had was the impression of smelling the soap and the rubber ball. At that point I had no idea that this smell would have such an impact on my later life.
After emptying, I had to endure three more ball fillings with clear water. "It has to be to rinse out soap residue."
That was my first introduction to a rubber ball. It didn't inspire enthusiasm; The spark for this only came...later
