ChatGPT and other AI tools for better enemas

I recently took an enema series that was generated via conversation with chat GPT. I started off by asking for a cleansing enema series, then asked it to add some enemas for microbiome health. What I got in the end was a 5-enema series with a rinse, a soapy enema, a garlic enema, a raw apple cider vinegar enema, and a large 5-quart rinse in the end. It was a great series even though I had to skip the ACV enema due to time constraints.

The next day I asked it to creat another enema series to make up for the missed ACV enema and it gave me one with a pre and post rinse in addition to the ACV. It also gave me comprehensive instructions about how to position myself during the procedure, what types of nozzles to use based on the selection available, and even how to incorporate self-pleasure to hold the solution for longer.

I then used different chatbots to help me role play the scenario and encourage me while taking my enemas. It’s very intriguing how far technology has come.
