Fingering whilst a speculum is in place

I have a fantasy around being fingered whilst a speculum is in place. Either way around! As in, either a vaginal speculum and being anally fingered, or a rectal speculum/proctoscope and having fingers inserted into my vagina. I don't know why, but I just love the idea and have done it to myself on many an occasion. I have found a few videos that depict this over the years but most have disappeared behind paywalls. I'd be really keen to hear any instances of this happening to people perhaps in play exams (I can't imagine how or why it would happen for actual medical reasons!) or if anyone has any video recommendations!

No, I can't say any good videos come to mind that I know of. But I do agree your fantasy is rather exciting. The notion of having a patient held open by a speculum and then also palpitating/examining/fingering their other hole is very exciting. I have Role played this before, especially in an examination setting. It's one of those moments which heightens the sense of helplessness of the patient, both of their intimate areas forced open, one by the strong unyielding metal bills of a speculum and the other by the firm and steady pressure of the Doctor's gloved finger or fingers.....
