Play doctors, do you do any evaluation of the quantity of the ejaculate?

A question for role play doctors who obtain a semen sample from their patient. Do you perform any sort of evaluation as to the quantity, color, consistency, viscosity or perhaps odor of the ejaculate? If so, do you comment to your patient about the sample?

I was the patient, not the doctor, but can confirm that all of the above was evaluated and commented on.
