Your earliest diaper fantasy vs your current one?

I'm interested to hear how peoples tastes change over time :>

I won't get too into them, but the earliest one I can remember is having a villain from my then favorite tv show tie me down and put me in diapers. Nowadays my tastes lean closer to being trained into somebody's diapered pet/servant.

It started not as a fantasy but a real life medical need. So what changed from the beginning?

I became urinary incontinent from a spinal cord injury. My life turned up side down. Here I'm 41 years old wearing diapers for incontinence instead of being much much older.

I hated everything dealing with my incontinence and wearing diapers 24/7. My lifestyle was on the go constantly.

One day a true life reality check hit me hard. I finally accepted being incontinent and everything involved with it including wearing diapers.

Here's my answer to the post. I didn't have a diaper fetish fantasy at the start. Not long after accepting my incontinence lifestyle, I realized that I actually enjoy wearing diapers.

Today, I consider myself as a true DIAPER LOVER. My diaper fetish is a medical need with the enjoyment and the love of wearing them.

I believe I'm living my fantasy 24/7 each and everyday being protected, comfortable and enjoying wearing diapers.

I know this is a very different and unusual fantasy. However it's a real life situation that is very manageable that includes a fetish which I enjoy.
