The first time you gave someone an enema

Many of us on this site share a common start in enema involvement in that we were given an enema at a younger age by our mothers. For me this was about age 5 when after many days of constipation my mother got out of her sick bed and without any explanation that I recall, removed my panties, bent me over a clothes basket in the bathroom and with a higginson syringe administered sufficient liquid to my bottom to well and truly cure my problem.

This was a total shock to me at the time but a further event some years later, cemented the relationship when my Mother used her syringe to noisily empty her bowels in circumstances that I was completely aware of which led to an ongoing relationship with the enema process that has continued on ever since and a red higginson syringe still resides in a toilet bag in my panties drawer and is still pressed into service as required.

I can not think of many personal health products in that area as reliable and predictable as an enema. From the moment you remove it from the drawer you know what is going to happen. Your bowels are going to be emptied. Not the next morning perhaps but then and there and completely related to the amount you decided needed to be injected.

Over the years since my mothers action which by the way was the only time I received an enema from her, my interest has continued in this method of bowel control and in spite of many experiments with other devices that injected into my bowels ( I was a pretty constipated kid), I have always returned to an Higginson enema syringe for reliable relief.

By my teen years I was regularly self administrating with my own purchased syringe (you could buy Higginsons in the local chemist shops) and although dating at that time an enema was not a subject that I ever discussed with others.

In later years as maturity set in, and I had made decisions on my sexuality the sexual nature of my favorite constipation cure became obvious as I was flatting with another girl who discussed her sluggish bowels one evening and without getting into the details I ended up using my syringe on her with excellent results. This was the first time I had ever given an enema to someone else and I realised that I enjoyed not only the preparation and actual injection but especially the very satisfactory results achieved. Once we had had a discussion on how "rotten" she felt I really wanted to help her feel better and it was only a small deviation from our existing sexual relationship to giving her an enema for her constipation relief ( I enjoyed helping her and I know that she enjoyed the relief) and this altered my perceptions of my association with enemas and their use forever. I think I was 19 at the time.

Always dreamed about giving a female an enema, but it never happened until recently when I gave my wife a fleet (actuallly two plain water ones) for constipation. Wasn’t the fantasy or sexciting event I’ve been hoping for! Due to some medical issues, this may become more routine and hopefully evolve into something more intimate!

I hate Fleets. Have used them once when nothing else was available and yes I emptied but 4 hours later at a show suddenly I had to go again and it was so bad that I leaked into my panties as I was trying to leave. It was totally awful. I would sooner stay constipated until I can use a proper enema but travel is always a problem. I now travel with an empty fleet bottle and have used it with multiple fillings of warm soapy water very successfully.

@Lynda I have given an enema to my wife once, when she was constipated and complaining a lot about being constipated. We were in our late 20s early 30s I guess. She did not like it, despite being able to go poopy.

Allow me to bypass the TMI leading up to our first experience — It’s a long story — only to say that for a young married couple like we were, for REALLY getting to know each other, buy an enema bag. When I was a teen I suffered a lot of period cramps and constipation. I had 4 brothers and we in a small home with only one bathroom so not a lot of privacy.
