Which position do other people use to be able to cope with an Enema of 4 Q . Has anyone found the ultimate way to do it.

Big enemas can be hard, and it is possible that you might not have the space for it.

I have noticed a few things with myself. Left lateral is nice until about 2.5 quarts, then it starts to get harder as my belly fills. After that flat on my back or knee chest are better to get to the 4 quarts. Make sure the enema is nice and warm, about 40C. Don't put in many additives, you don't want anything giving you cramps before the enema gets all the way in. Get in a position you can relax in and let yourself fill slowly and enjoy.

I also notice that masturbating can help when it gets more intense, but practice relaxing as you stroke.

As @moliere said, you might not be able to do it, especially at the first attempt.

What works for me: first be empty, so 1.5qts enema, then nozzle - double balloon, as for position, I start chest knees, then about half way lift my upper body, so I am in all 4s.

Do not try too fast flow, slow it down or stop when cramps hit. If you feel really full and uncomfortable, just abort, do not try to force it.
