Your ideas for my medical play for two weeks.

I haven't been active here much lately due to various private matters. Currently, I have a lot of free time and I can devote it to describing my experiences playing doctor with my friends and other girls I have met.

Recently I met Polina (this weekend I will try to finish the story, which you can read by visiting my profile) and the girl is very excited about medical fetish. Probably even more than I was at her age. 😄

Since my good friend (Valeria) will be visiting me in two weeks for a few days, I would like to organize a series of medical games with both of them.

The girls know about this plan and are willing.

And here's a big request to you, my dears, write down your ideas for our future games. Who should be the doctor, who should be the patient, what exams, what medical instruments, clothes, how we could set up our clinic's room, etc. You can write your innermost dreams, fantasies or your own experiences. Nothing limits you.

At the end of the week, the three of us will choose the most interesting answers or parts of them and implement them. 😄

PS. We will be able to make small purchases for any equipment, so don't be afraid that we don't have something. 😄

Wow. I'm a guy and I think that you should have a male patient (or two) at the same time as well. That would take things up a notch. I would like to volunteer for the job but I'm probably not in your city / state. I'm in Dallas

Hmmm. One doctor two patients? Two doctors one patient? So many options likely driven by each person’s personal preference. Maybe one doctor two patients, but require the patients to take turns assisting the doctor each time focus shifts from one patient to the other.

I don’t see this as one whole exam followed by a second exam. This is two patients sitting side by side, each task being applied to one then the other.

Certainly start off with a detailed and provocative series of questions, to establish an understanding of personal habits, recent sexual encounters, past experiences and preferences. Note all answers on a clipboard to go into their permanent file.

@Sharia After rereading your post, I wonder if your phase “medical games” is referring to play exams? Play exams with a sexual interaction mixed in? Or other sorts of games that are medical or intimate in some way? Can you provide some examples of what you were thinking to better help us contribute in the right direction?

I’m sure many creative minds here would love to suggest things that are in line with your goals.

@Hookajoe I mean medical exams but some other ideas that can be combined and used in interesting ways are also possible.

An intimate questioning, then first palpation, listening, taking blood pressure, measuring. Pull down the panties, first intimate examination and detailed questioning, for example about intimate habits. If there is resistance, a spanking. Then take a temperature in the bum - long, deep and intense. Then vaginal, clitoral and digital rectal examinations. Take a temperature again. Forced orgasms - multiple. That's pretty much my framework for medical games.

If nothing else, I think you should take turns being the patient, submitting to the other two doctors’ desires. I feel the intensity and fulfillment is best when those involved choose, or at least are honest about desires (and fears). Perhaps in one scenario- a teen patient, the patient’s mother, the doctor. Some of the interactions might be tender and caring but still uncompromising (“I’m sorry dear but all temperatures are taken in the bottom”), maybe others more dominant, strict, a bit scary (“Nurse, please restrain the patient’s wrists and ankles.”)

In order to track growth rates and physical range of motion, this year all doctors are asked to collect data regarding distance between various points on patients’ bodies. The patient will be asked to assume various positions in order for the doctor to properly take measurements. A clipboard with anatomical outlines of the human figure will be useful for taking notes and documenting the various measurements, along with a cloth tape.

Start with the standard measurements: overall height, inseam, fingertip to shoulder, bust, waist, hips, head, arm span, etc.

Then move on to the less conventional: nipple to nipple, nipple to nose, nipple to belly button, belly button to clit. (When measuring to body parts such as nipples and clit, it is important to rub and tweek the area to make the point of measurement as pronounced and defined as possible, to facilitate the most accurate readings.) Nipple to nipple distance should be taken in 3 positions. Standing upright, bent over at the waists with breasts hanging, and while lying on back. Distance between the legs from belly button to small of the back. Circumference around each breast while hanging down. Around the thigh at the very top of the leg, etc.

Lastly, the more invasive measurements: how close can the patient get their nose to their nipple, overall length of vulva, how wide can the patient pull their labia apart, maximum extension of clit, perineum to top of butt crack, distance from urethra to anus, tip of tongue to clit, length of erect nipple, how wide can they open their mouth, etc.

While most of these are not conventional, the extra data collected this year will help scientists better understand global trends in human development.

While she is standing in front of you, examine her fingers and wrists. Check range of motion. Ask about joint pain. Say you suspect she may have the early signs of carpal tunnel syndrome. Ask her how often she “touches herself” for “pleasure”. Ask her which hand she uses. Have her verbally describe how she likes to masterbate when she is alone and does not have a toy to play with. Ask her follow up questions, what about it feels good? How long does she masterbate? Does she experience orgasms which are satisfactory?

Have her demonstrate how she touches herself so that you can see her technique. Watch her intently. Say “Hmmm.” In a puzzled fashion. Make notes on the clipboard. When she stops, tell her to lie down on the table and resume touching herself, that you need to see more to understand the risks. Furrow your brow, make subtle sounds of disappointment. Get you face down very close. Watch her from different angles.

When she does get into a good rhythm and appears to be enjoying herself, say “ok, that’s enough, you can stop.” Make more notes on the paper. Tell her you want her to try a new technique. Have her use the other hand. Have her put her palm on her lower belly and slide it down until just the tip of her pinky finger touches her clit. Tell her to keep her hand still, and only move the pinky finger side to side over her clit. When she tries to follow your instructions, show disappointment in her technique, pinch her pinky between your thumb and finger and move it back and forth for her, rubbing it across her clit in exactly the same way she was doing it, but now tell her to do it like this. Let her try on her own again, watch her for a while, a long time. Interrupt her and move her pinky for her in the same way, but with longer strokes, with more pressure. Tell her to use only this technique for the next month and report back to you with how it is working for her.

During initial Vital signs, you'll notice stool on the rectal thermometer, which indicates the need for a large, warm, soapy enema with at least one rinse following. After those are finished, you should definitely evaluate carefully for Pelvic Floor strength both vaginally and rectally, and if weak, set up an exercise program.

I think dental exams can be great

Try an air enema with a colon tube. Sorta simulate a colonoscopy when the inject gas to expand the colon. Requires a couple cleansing enemas first.

Very interesting ideas especally measurement of differents points on body and age play.

Yesterday Valeria wroted to me about hospital exam or emergency assessment with different various exam for our new patient Polina.

What do you think what we can do in this scenario? Cut Polina's t-shirt and jeans, try bondage her to the table and exam her most painful areas on body?

We still think about it because we want to do a surprise exam for her.

First of all, I would like to tell you that you can do whatever you like. You three ? Surely you have certain passions and passions that you can satisfy. Talk to each other about it and find out together how far you can/can go with your passions and inclinations.

I will now give you an example of what my dream session would be:

I love cardiology role play. You enter "the practice" and are first asked into a consulting room. The doctor comes in and takes a detailed medical history. You then go through your current complaints and draw up a plan for the examinations to be carried out.

You will be asked into a treatment room and undress down to your underwear. The first step is to measure your blood pressure in a sitting position on both arms. Then the patient lies down and the blood pressure is measured lying down, on both arms and both ankles (ABI index measurement). A 12-channel resting ECG is then recorded over 10 minutes. The doctor comes in and listens to the patient's heart with a stethoscope. The doctor also looks at the ECG.

After the ECG, the patient is asked to go to another room. The doctor then performs a heart ultrasound. After the ultrasound, the doctor examines the patient from head to toe.

Finally, a special stress ECG is ordered. The patient is wired up again, with an ECG, Spo² sensors, blood pressure monitors, etc. The initial vital parameters are recorded. Then the "load" is applied by stimulating the patient. The patient is pushed beyond their climax. The patient is then allowed to calm down again. *Here, the load can be applied several times in succession. At the end, the vital signs are taken again at rest and the patient is released from the cables.

You can get all the equipment you want. From simple equipment such as clinical thermometer, stethoscope, manual blood pressure monitor, digital blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter, to special equipment such as specula, intestinal tube, needles, infusion set, to equipment such as ultrasound, patient monitoring monitor.

We've already had two sessions.

The first: me as a doctor, Valeria as my patient, and Polina as a young medical student doing her internship. It's an amazing feeling when the two of them literally blush and are embarrassed when I ask Polina to take off Valeria's socks or listen to her.

Second: Polina as a doctor, Valeria brings me for an examination because I feel bad, I feel dizzy and my friend literally drags me into the office and helps me undress and lie on the couch. While examining me, I felt Polina's hands shaking with excitement.

Today we plan to conduct two or three more sessions, and we have planned a surprise for Polina for tomorrow. 😃

Now I'm going out with them to eat something to have strength for further adventures because unfortunately we don't have a drip haha

I love reading thru these posts. I’d love to be the fly on the wall, or possibly play the role of a helpless patient.

Even though several days have passed since the last exam, we are still living it. 😄 Not a day goes by without one of us mentioning some part of the exam.

There was so much going on that I have a problem whether to describe each scenario in a separate book divided into "preparations" and "the actual story" and possibly a "summary" or to create one book and collect each of them there.

The second thing is whether you would like the smallest details, such as a detailed description of Polina's undressing, her behavior during the examination, or describe it more briefly, focusing on the examinations themselves?

@Sharia I think people will enjoy reading your report for the details. The more you describe about physical and emotional experience the better.

I don’t think it matters to most readers how you organize it. One big book is fine. You will still get to give each chapter a title, so there is plenty of opportunity to relate the entries to each other as you see fit. Also, it may help both you and the readers if you just move through the various events in chronological order, unfolding the story as it happened. That way something that happens early, and then resurfaces and affects a later event will be properly established and then referenced. Maybe this is less a series of exams, but the story of many days with her visiting and the three of you exploring a longer path together.
