When you picture your ideal medfet fantasy, where does it happen? Set the scene.

Is it in a room full of glass and metal—cold and sterile where methodical eyes can evaluate you impassively? Is it in a warm-toned, oaky lecture hall where you’re studied by dozens from afar? Is it in a bdsm dungeon where your master bends you to their will and tests your limits?

It doesn’t have to be realistic— it’s just fantasy. Play with it and have fun. Picture it in your mind and share it with us.

In my imagination, I would come as a patient to a practice that is bright and friendly but still medically functional. The furnishings reflect the doctor's attitude. Clear, objective, friendly and, above all, medically competent. But there is something else in the doctor's charisma. Something like authority or even dominance. The doctor decides what to do with me. His practice is set up accordingly: An examination chair with leg rests for genital and anal examinations and treatments. An endoscope for colonoscopy and ultrasound equipment for internal and external use. The examination chair is also very important... The doctor can do anything to me if I lie on this chair with my legs spread wide apart.

My ideal fantasy occurs in a operating room; whether this is a real operating room or just a bedroom someone has set up to look like one with some drapes, it doesn’t matter.

Ideal fantasy scenario: My own personal clinic. It's very modern. White walls, metal and glass with the occasional wood accent and large potted plant. Sterile feeling from the moment you walk in. The entryway is dominated by a massive stylized image of a generic human face they staring off across the expanse of space. This sits just to the left of the receptionist desk, so patients must walk down the hall under its unflinching gaze. There are exams rooms and pre-op rooms, everything feels modern, new, top of the line. Patient gowns are a light mint green. Surgical drapes are a dark blue. Of course everything ends in the OR which is the pride of the facility. A large rectangular room that smells of antiseptic and which always feels several degrees cooler then the hallway beyond. Large lights hang down from the ceiling on bent arms like massive mechanical spiders, all surrounding a single operating table in the middle of the room. Group around it are banks of monitors and other equipment, screen blank like hallow shades until a patient is brought into the room. There are also several large instrument trays all covered with dark blue drapes, just the hint of the tools beneath is apparent based on their outlines.

It would be at a realistic medical clinic setting, with a waiting area, before being called into an examination room kitted out with exam table and various instruments, beginning with general assessment, then stripped to underwear for examination, blood pressure testing, auscultation, & palpation, and then naked for detailed examinations, and very detailed genital examination, which would lead to further testing being required and being taken into an adjacent treatment room, perhaps setup for surgery and or restraint
