My "husband" and I are big enema enthusiasts, (at least I am; he has learned to take them as I prescribe) with me giving him several enemas a month, sometimes in several sessions We have been married 47+ years and for almost all of them I have been the dominant figure with my "husband" being the increasingly submissive male figure. Years ago it started out as a joke, but over the years it has become a truism and fact : " There is a 'male' that lives in our house, but he is not a “man” There is a "WOMAN" who lives here; but no "REAL" man. If anyone is interested in how this D/s relationship developed or where it is today, just ask. It is not the subject of this discussion.
The "Spring Cleaning" began last Thursday when my husband began a juice / clear liquid diet. Drinking 8 oz. of apple juice, two hours later followed bu 8 oz. of cranapple juice. Lunch consisted of a Red Delicious apple and 8 oz. apple juice. Mid afternoon he took 3 Ducolax tablets with 10 oz. of Epson salts and lemon water, (my version of mag citrate). Supper consisted of orange jello followed by 2 more Ducolax tablets. Before bedtime he had 2 fairly normal bowel movements, soft but formed. He slept in a pair of cotton panties (which he wears all the time) and an adult diaper. Friday : (BM at 6:00 AM and back into the panties and diaper). For breakfast he had 8 dried apricot halves and apple juice. (Another BM at about 9:00) As advertised this is a Spring Cleaning which includes a full body shave except head, eyebrows, and forearms. He shaves as much of his body as he can reach, then I shave his back, butt, and balls. He keeps all the areas he can reach shaved very smooth. I HATE stubble, especially when spooning in bed at night. His toenails have been a pastel blue for over a month now, it will be changed in a couple of weeks. (OOPS, got off topic again.) At lunch he had concentrated chicken broth (bouillon cubes) and his choice of the mag citrate or cranapple juice, knowing the one he did not choose would be his afternoon drink. He chose the mag citrate for lunch. His afternoon snack was another apple and half a cup of raisins, and his cranapple juice. (Three more trips to the toilet, less formed by now, but still dirty.) Friday evening supper was a medium size bowl of green salad with oil & vinegar, a few saltine crackers and a bottle of Gatorade. Right after supper and cleaning up (around 7:00) he got his first enema, about a 3 qt. soap suds enema heavy on the soap. He retained this for almost 7 minutes, short of his 10 minute goal. Now he's on a schedule; one every hour and a half hours til bedtime around midnight, each one a little larger and warmer, one sea salt, the other two just rinse water. More trips to the toilet. The day began at 7:30 this AM, with a banana/apple juice smoothie, (2 bananas, 6 apricots, and 12 oz. of apple juice). Today, (Saturday) is for deep cleaning, after a quick 2 qt. enema and release, I insert our 30 inch colon tube almost all of the way in him and administer a warm, mild salty two quart solution. Return or not an hour later gets another 2 qts. or so, a little warmer this time. Plug and hold for an hour - he did not make it to an hour. After lunch, an apple and an orange with a glass of water, I insert our 42 inch colon tube and give him 2 qts. of very cool almost cold water, followed by about 3 qts. of very warm water. Plug and hold for about an hour, or longer if possible. This allows me and him to feel how deep we have reached. Usually, he feels the flow above the navel, to his right or close to his ascending colon, depending on the depth of the tube. Retention time for this procedure is set for at least an hour, trying to get to an hour and a half. If he does not make the hour mark, we do it again. Over the years he has gotten pretty hood at retaining for at least an hour, and has reached the hour and a half time quite a few times. (About 15 years ago we bought 4 long colon tubes { 30”, 42”, 54”, and 60” lengths”}. I have been able to get all of the three shorter lengths snaked up his butt, however; the 60” one been used, but never fully inserted. Once in a while I attempt to go all the way in, but I will not “force” it. Maybe some day ?) Two of the four are from Silicone Nozzles, but all 4 work very well. I love using them on my husband when we have the time. Saturday evening he had a nice size garden salad with lots of asparagus, and 2 pieces of Italian bread toasted, no butter. The salad should move through his system over night and be flushed out with the next morning enemas or colonic. I really like asparagus sautéed, boiled, fried, grilled, in a cream sauce or cheese sauce, almost any way you can serve it. My husband goes not like them, but whenever I eat them – so does he. I like the taste, he dislikes the taste and the way they make his urine smell, I think it is funny. But on a “Cleaning Weekend” I make sure his kidneys and urinary system gets a good flushing also. Lots of fluids and asparagus at three meals and blended into two smoothie breakfast drinks makes his kidneys work overtime and I can tell it is working by the aroma. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention he always has to sit when he pees, that way he never leaves the toilet seat up. Sunday breakfast is 8 dried apricots and 4 oz. mag citrate mixed with 4 oz. of cranapple juice. Then a quick 2 qt. flush and release. At about 10:00 or 10:30 I’ll insert the 54” colon tube and slowly, very slowly fill him up. Before I am through, his abdomen will be distended and we can usually hear the fluid sloshing around in his intestines. This is the last flushing and he has to hold it until he is really disparate and is cramping . He must hold the liquid until I allow him to go relieve his distended and stressed gut. After this final release hr will take a well deserved nap, returning to the toilet as necessary. He’ll shave and shower and we’ll have a big chef salad (with asparagus of course) – and probably a good drink. At 10:00 PM I’ll give him a 100 mg. sildenafil tablet. About an hour later I start the process of “cleaning out” his balls. But as you already know, I don’t do anything half way. At noon on Monday he’ll get another sildenafil pill. Then every night for the rest of the week, he’ll take another pill and I’ll make sure he gets a good cleaning out. This ends the ‘Spring Cleaning Session”. Back to his regular diet, back to his regular chores, and continuing to be my submissive, obedient husband.
Notes : Since we started these twice a year “cleanings” and modified his eating habits, my husband has lost 47 lbs, his diabetes, A1c, and triglycerides have all returned to acceptable levels. My husband has ED and has had for some time, but our PCP gives him an Rx for sildenafil for 30 tablets with 11 refills each year. We have never used all of the refills, but it is nice to think our doctor thinks we might need them. Being a strong dominant wife is GREAT. Having a submissive feminized husband adds to that. Retirement gives us the chance to enjoy the lifestyle more frequently and experiment with new ideas.
I post this after receiving several requests for more info about the Spring Cleaning Weekend. If you want further details, please ask.
