I have posted enthusiastically about J-Lube. It really was a game changer. After receiving my first order of K-Lube, the game has changed again!
K comes in a granular form much like table sugar while J is a powder with the consistency of flour. I was able to mix the K with a wire whisk while J needed an electric mixer. My first mix contained almost NO clumps because of this difference, a HUGE difference.
Much about mixing these lubes is experimental and a matter of personal preference. Knowing that K-Lube granules are more concentrated than J, I mixed my first batch with half of my tried and tested ratios for J, just to see. I usually mix 24 oz of water with 2 TBSP of J powder, so I cut that to 1 TBSP of K. It became clear after 30 minutes of thickening time (think Jello... Yes, it becomes thicker with time), it needed to be thinned more, so I DOUBLED the water to 48 oz.
This stuff is CRAZY. It defies the laws of physics. You try to pour it into another container, and it just continues flowing up-hill even when you try to restrict the stream by pinching it to a stop. You just can't stop it.
I used it in that concentration only once so far, and I can report that this crazy lube works even better than J. If you are into depth play, please give this a shot.
