I haven’t had a play exam but it’s something I’m curious about. From my real exams there’s a few things mixed together for me that drive my excitement, which is mostly driven by the genital exam. On this site? Who could have guessed?
First is the lingering unspoken question: is the doctor going to check my privates? I don’t know until it either happens or the exam ends. The doc on the other hand already knows if they plan on doing one as a routine thing before I even book the appointment.
Second is if my privates are being checked… how? Specifically and in what order? What position or state of dress? Again I don’t know but doc does.
Third is that if the genital exam was done is probably going to be preserved in writing. Maybe as a generic all is good one liner or maybe as specific and separate confirmation that I don’t have a hernia or unwanted lumps in my scrotum, etc. A more detailed exam note or form could imply a more detailed exam if I had to guess. It’s like professional gossip about my bits and what physically happened to them that visit.
As far as what I’m thinking about during the exam. Assuming I’m not there for a specific concern I’m mentally following along through the exam with my own generic checkup checklist to steady my nerves while responding to questions or small talk.
During the genital exam my train of thought from before abruptly freezes and the only things on my mind are what I’m feeling and/or seeing happen down there, if I’m getting or have an erection and if I’m able to stop it (never have but I still try), and my urgent desire to cover my genitals no matter what that I need to ignore. Sheet or blanket? None on this bed. Hands? Not mine and not there to cover anything.
It makes my heart pound. Nothing is more satisfying than the familiar feeling of my undies sliding back up my thighs when I’m finally allowed to pull them up.
The biggest appeal of play exams is that I could experience all that same stuff and feel easy just enjoying it.
